Improving resilience in downloading from Realestate.co.nz.

• Where previously a listing import would fail due to special characters within advert headings such as speech marks, these are now usually imported without error.
  
• If an error occurs midway through a multiple listing import, the application will skip that listing and push ahead with remaining listings.
• An error report is now displayed on completion when applicable.

An adjustment to how listings with the prefix 'RE' are managed in Sales History to not confuse them with 'REINZ' sales records for reporting purposes. This impacts photo management and whether adverts / features are published on CMAs.

In Listing Entry, Internet tab, Trade Me Suburb selection, there is now an Update from Trade Me button to fetch the latest suburbs list on demand. This means that when Trade Me adds a new suburb option you can immediately start using it in SalesPartner rather than waiting for version updates.

On a SalesPartner-Cloud workstation running Eset NOD32 antivirus, the remoteapp mtsc desktop shortcuts would become unusable because the connection was being quarantined. To solve this we temporarily enabled Learning mode then reinstalled the resources and tested them to create firewall permissions automatically. Then we reverted ESET back to the standard mode and the issue was resolved.

At an on-premise office where a network client workstation was running Norton 360, the operator was unable to read / write specific records including Listing Entry even though the file share was configured correctly. To solve this we escalated the network from private to trusted and the issue was fixed.

The font for features text in SalesPartner report templates is handled differently to other merge fields. Instead of changing the font directly in the element of the template, it must be specified under Report Options.

In edit mode, open Report, Options...

Under the Report tab, you can manually specify which font is used for Features by adding the highlighted instructions below as text. There are three items to articulate in order to change the font for all Features (headers, sub headers, and descriptions). For example to change the Features font to Tahoma you would add this script under the report description:

Then click OK and Save to lock in the change. Note: Report Options adjustments cannot be previewed, you need to close out of the report editor then reopen the report to check your font changes.

In the To Do List a context menu has been enabled so that you can right click an activity and create a new activity with the same contact and listing, or jump to Contact Entry and Listing Entry.

Multiple SMS relayed text messages (that exceed 160 characters) sent using our new proprietary HTTP 2 SMS app for Android are now in Beta testing. Extended messages are delivered as a single thread.

When an SMS message is greater than 110 characters, the content is automatically recorded in the BigDescription activity field.

In Add / Edit Activity there is now a drop down menu for the repeat field. You can still enter a custom repeat number.

This update fixes the Realestate.co.nz listings importer, so that you can continue to download listings from their redesigned webpage.

A known issue exists and will be addressed in a future update shortly: Where a listing contains quotations in the header, the importer will return this error invalid value for field 'RealENZNumber'. You can identify affected listings in the multiple listing preview panel because they show an unusual character sequence:

Note: The above error is a hard crash and you'll need to use Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Delete) to right-click Real-EZY SalesPartner and End task.

As a temporary workaround, exclude the listings with corrupt headers from import. Use Shift+Down Arrow to select all listings then press the Ctrl key as you deselect individual listings. You may be able to import the excluded listings from Trade Me Property.
