If you're uploading a business listings to Trade Me, you'll need to use the Trade Me Category Override in SalesPartner to ensure that your listing is uploaded to the correct Trade Me category. Open Listing Entry > Internet tab and click on the Trade Me Category Override lookup tool. Select Business for Sale, and choose an appropriate business sub-category from the list. Click OK to proceed.

Question: How do I reposition a photo in a SalesPartner letter? It won't let me move the photo. Right click on the photo and select rel. to par - auto wrap left or right. Then you'll be able to drag the photo to the position you want.  For high resolution monitors you may find it easier to use Windows on a larger display scale of 125%. However some windows in SalesPartner may not look right, for example in version 14, the custom reports edit button may be obscured. Follow these steps to fix these issues. To adjust your Windows scaling right click on your desktop and open Display settings.  Open Advanced scaling settings:  Turn on Let Windows try to fix apps so they're not blurry. Enter your custom scaling size (125) and click Apply.  Sign out and then sign back into Windows again.
Question: Can I view a listing's address in the To-Do List if an activity is linked to a property? Yes, open the column options hamburger menu and tick the Address box to show an activity's linked property address (if applicable). Tip: drag column headers and separators to re-order / resize columns like you would in MS Excel.  The Windows 10 feature update for April 2018 has started rolling out to most PCs. For multi-user SalesPartner deployments on Windows 10, several network permissions may be reset once the update is installed. If an on-premise networked copy of SalesPartner encounters errors such as the one below, you can check your network permissions on the server as well as the client workstation.  Open Control Panel > Network and Sharing Centre > Change advanced sharing settings. Under All Networks, select Turn off password-protected sharing, and click Save changes. Sign out and back in again if prompted to do so.  |
