If you use an Android smartphone, you need to checkout Remote Phone Call.

The Remote Phone Call desktop & smartphone app virtually converts your smartphone into a call-centre system - allowing you to send SMS and dial numbers straight from your PC desktop. 

You can respond to incoming SMS using your keyboard and view conversations on your PC screen. You can answer and initiate calls from your PC desktop. Simply paste a number into the console and click dial.

Remote Phone Call lets you paste numbers from SalesPartner. You can check your voicemail and even send SMS mid call. This app will transform the way you use your smartphone. For instance, you can be chatting with clients while you update their SalesPartner activity simultaneously. If you are following up open home visitors, you can quickly send an SMS instead of leaving voicemail.

Notes: Remote Phone Call uses your existing Telco mobile plan including minutes and SMS allowance. WiFi must be enabled to link your smartphone to your PC on the same network. The free trial version includes promotional text in outgoing SMS - you should test the app using the free trial and if satisfied, purchase the paid app. Remote Phone Call consumes significant battery and smartphone system resources when running. Dual PC monitors support multitasking better. With multiple screens you can keep your Remote Phone widget open on one screen and continue working on another. Your headset needs to be connected / paired with your phone, not your PC.

Custom reports are stored in a dedicated folder. You can copy and paste custom report files into another copy of SalesPartner.

The default custom reports folder location is: C:\spartner\Reports\custom
